ICONS
One fictional species, hand drawn through six centuries of art history, hung here on the gallery wall for the collectors who earn it.
Art history, retold as original portraits.
Every Icon is a portrait of a moment in human art. David's Napoleon. Magritte's veiled lovers. Vermeer's pearl girl. Lichtenstein's blonde on the phone. Tretchikoff's green lady.
The same fictional species, painted across six centuries, four continents, and the crypto native present.
A collection built as an art history rather than an average PFP drop. Finished before it was shown to anyone.

The gift shop ships itself.
Every museum runs two rooms. The first holds the original, guarded and singular, lit like a relic. The second is the gift shop, infinite and fluorescent, the same images priced for impulse. The shop funds the shrine, the shrine sanctifies the shop, and the pretense is that only one of them is art.
They stayed separate because they were made of different things. Oil and canvas in one room, polyester in the other. That is no longer true. Both rooms can now be built from the same material, issued in the same instant, by the same hand.
So the original is fixed first. It goes on chain dated, signed and checkable by anyone, forever, which is the one thing a trillion generated images a year cannot do. That is the veil in its final form, and the veil no longer only hides the original. It certifies her.
Then it lets go. What it spawns is an auracoin, money with a source, made to travel where a postcard never could. Every shard points home. Circulation stops working against authenticity and starts amplifying it: the farther the shards fly, the more hands hold the address of the original.
Some of the 33 Mythos are armed.
You will not know which. The one on your wall may be one of them.
When one detonates it spawns an auracoin.
Rules set in advance, counter public. Nothing decided after the fact.
Secondary royalties fund the liquidity.
Not the team. The trade in the work pays for what the work spawns.
